QuickBooks is the broad one: Intuit's small-business accounting suite, with payroll, bank feeds, sales tax and the largest accountant network there is. Trifold does one narrow job: it turns Stripe payments into balanced books and a signed receipt for every payment, which anyone can check in a free browser verifier.
