Terms of service

Draft placeholder. The hosted Trifold service is not open yet. Design partners will sign a pilot agreement that covers what we provide, what you provide, and how either side can end the pilot.

Privacy

Draft placeholder. This website sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts. The theme you choose is stored in your browser only. The verify page checks receipts inside your browser and sends nothing to us. If you submit the early-access form, we receive what you type in it and use it only to contact you about the pilot.

Trademark policy

Draft placeholder. “Trifold” and the three-panel mark are trademarks we intend to register. You may use the name to refer to us and our products accurately. Please don’t use the mark in a way that suggests we endorse you, or modify it. Brand assets and usage notes are on the brand page.

Open source and third-party notices

This site uses open-source software, including Svelte and SvelteKit (MIT), @noble/ed25519 (MIT), and the Fraunces, Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces (SIL Open Font License 1.1).
